By using the App, you agree that you will:

• Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Not engage in any behaviour that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the App.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, accounts, or networks connected to the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay4Earn Recharge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Recharge Policy

We only accept recharges for a maximum validity of up to 3 months. Small recharges (such as standard monthly or lower-value plans for Jio, Vi, BSNL, or Airtel) are available, but annual (one-year) plans are not offered.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bihar, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
